The NPSA had been plagued by a series of network outages, with a team of engineers taking around a day to find the source of the problem each time. CDS-Imps defined cable colour and labelling schemes, then replaced every network cable in the building with certified & tested cables. Throughout the racks, cables were labelled, organised in bunches of six, and routed such that any failed hardware can be swapped out in a couple of minutes. We then installed set-up SNMP monitoring using MRTG (Multi-router Traffic Grapher) to provide the network team with up-to-the-minute status for every single switch-port throughout the building.

Our in-house expert has over eight years' experience in the development and deployment of corporate-level natural language help systems - that is, programs (usually embedded in a website) which respond to input in 'natural' languages (e.g. English) as opposed to programming languages (e.g. C++).
